Robert Pattinson for People's next 'Sexiest Man Alive'?
Over at E! Online, an interesting question has been posed - should The Twilight Saga: New Moon star Robert Pattinson achieve the title of People Magazine's next "Sexiest Man Alive"?
Last year, we know, his Unbound Captive co-star and new found friend (at least it seems) Hugh Jackman was given the title.
This year, though, Robert Pattinson has been the name we all know, and he has already been named one of People's 100 Most Beautiful list, and he is also a shoe-in for Vanity Fair's "World's Most Handsome Man" poll.
Says Ted Casablanca,
Hugh Jackman is already building his own hype to be the first person to hold the title of People's Sexiest Man Alive two years in a row . . . .
. . .
For a change of pace, why doesn't the mag go for a more offbeat choice? Somebody younger, but who still has a rough, dirty side. Someone totally humble in his sexiness, as opposed to Jackman, who flexes even when not asked.
You know, somebody like... Robert Pattinson, duh!
Rob was one of People's Sexiest last year, but we want our pet Pattz to get the highest honor he deserves—the . . . cover!

He's as handsome in a tux as he is without anything at all . . . . What more could the mag ask for?
For once, one might almost be tempted to agree with a bit of Ted Casablanca's sentiments.
While the real qualifications for the honor might not be readily apparent, one must assume that popularity, talent, and appearances are all a part of being the "sexiest man alive," so, in that case, perhaps Casablanca is correct - Robert Pattinson should have a bit for the title spot. Don't you think?
